We accept orders 7 days a week. Orders received over the weekend will be shipped on Monday or the day of your choice

For nationwide shipping. (outside of Arizona)

Q: Can you accommodate any special delivery request including next day delivery?
Yes we can! Please call us and we will do our very best to fulfill your request.

Q: Are there any restrictions on where I can have my order delivered to?
We deliver to both residential & business addresses. In addition we cannot ship to a Post Office box. If you ship to a home address please try to have someone available when your package is delivered. If no one is home when our driver arrives, they will leave the package at the door of the recipient. Fedex may decide that it is unsafe to leave the package if no one is available. You will then become responsible to pick up @ Fedex or make arrangements for another delivery. Once you receive the shipment please place it into your freezer. If you are not sure you can be home to receive the package, may we suggest you send it to a business address or perhaps a friend or relative who would be available to accept the delivery.

Q: How will my order be shipped?
We ship exclusively FEDEX. Your order will be packed with dry ice and shipped in an insulated cooler.

Q: When will my order arrive?
We ship your package within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will then send you an email notifying you of when your product shipped and your FEDEX tracking number.

RETURN POLICY

If you provide us with the wrong shipping address we will not be responsible for the product. If the package is delivered on time and either you or the gift recipient is unavailable to receive the package we will not be responsible for the product. The only returns accepted are those of shipping damage or spoiled product upon delivery. You must notify us within three (3) days. We will then determine what type of refund we can give you.
