Chicken Cordon Bleu Puff
A refined revival of a Parisian-inspired classic Chicken Cordon Bleu Puff has Layers of flaky puff pastry surround a roulade of paillard chicken, imported baby Swiss cheese, black forest ham, and finished with a chablis cream sauce.

Preparation Instructions
For best results bake from frozen on parchment paper until dough is brown. For hotel quality ovens - 350 degrees for 14-20 minutes. Electric ovens - 400 degrees for 20-26 minutes. Gas ovens - 375 degrees for 20-24 minutes. Rotate baking tray 180 degrees halfway through baking process. Cooking times may vary based on oven.

Purchased the chicken cordon bleu appetizers for a tailgate. Baked them at home and then warmed them up in a large toaster oven at the game. We were worried about the pastry becoming soggy during transport, but it worked exceptionally well. These are delicious. The puff pastry is excellent and they were gobbled up quickly. We will definitely be ordering them again.
