Cold Canapés Assortment
Our Frozen cold canapes include: whipped brie with toasted almonds and fruit chutney in a tart shell, island seasoned shrimp on coconut cornbread with cilantro mousse and candied pineapple, roast beef roulade with whipped horseradish mousse on a petit toast square, whipped seafood mousse with black olive garnish on marbled rye, and salami cornets with herb cheese and an artichoke heart wedge.

Preparation Instructions
Option 1: Remove canapés from freezer approximately 90 minutes prior to serving and keep refrigerated. Option 2: Remove from freezer, plate and defrost for 30-45 minutes.
** It is recommended that all frozen, thaw-and-serve canapes are thawed under refrigeration, as to prohibit bacterial growth. **

Amust have at a party! We used it as one of the first items. Just took them out of the package an hour or so before the guests arrived-that's it! They present well and look fancy-but no work! Used these in the beginning while folks arrived and a big hit. Gave me time to warm up the oven for the hot items.
