Preparation Instructions
Remove canapés from freezer and place in the refrigerator for approximately 90 minutes prior to serving or unwrap, plate and defrost for 30-45 minutes.
** It is recommended that all frozen, thaw-and-serve canapes are thawed under refrigeration, as to prohibit bacterial growth. **

I served this product last night at a catering event. They arrived frozen and in perfect condition. The taste is very good. My guests loved them and they looked beautiful on a serving tray. I highly recommend this product.
