These Hibachi style steak skewers are Tender strip of beef, marinated in teriyaki, and then rolled around an array of red, yellow and green bell peppers, with jalapenos and a pinch of Monterey jack.

Preheat oven 375º F: Cook from thawed state on parchment paper until internal temperature 165º F {for raw meat and seafood products}. Approximate cooking times: Conventional Oven: 8- 15 MINUTES. Convection Oven: 6 - 10 MINUTES. Do not microwave.
