Panang Shrimp Spring Rolls
A large shrimp marinated in a spicy ground chili paste with hints of red curry, sautéed leeks and coconut cream. The shrimp is then hand rolled into a crispy spring roll with a Chinese parsley leaf peeking through for a dramatic presentation.

Preparation Instructions
Deep fry or bake. Bake from frozen on parchment paper. Hotel quality oven - 350 degrees for 8-12 minutes. Electric oven - 400 degrees for 14-18 minutes. Gas oven - 375 degrees for 12-18 minutes. Rotate baking tray 180 degrees halfway through baking process. Cooking times may vary based on oven.
