Sweet Potato Puffs
The Sweet Potato Puffs are the Buttery puff pastry filled with whipped sweet potatoes. A simple, yet delicious appetizer.

Preparation Instructions
For best results bake these sweet potato puffs from frozen on parchment paper until dough is brown. For hotel quality ovens - 350 degrees for 14-20 minutes. Electric ovens - 400 degrees for 20-26 minutes. Gas ovens - 375 degrees for 20-24 minutes. Rotate baking tray 180 degrees halfway through baking process. Cooking times may vary based on oven.

If you or your guests like sweet potaoes, you will love these! These are easy to prepare and taste great for hours. i just keep them in an electric warming tray.
