Butter Pecan Shrimp
A large butterflied shrimp dipped in a mild butter pecan batter, rolled in an aromatic mixture of pecans, coconut and breadcrumbs, then hand threaded on a 6" wooden skewer.
Preparation InstructionsFrom frozen, deep fry at 350 degrees for 5-8 minutes or until golden brown. Cooking times may vary based on deep fryer. These can also be baked at 350 degrees turning over until golden brown.
