Preparation InstructionsFry, sauté or bake. To bake, take melted butter, brush directly on the baking tray, then place crab cakes on top of the melted butter. Lightly brush the butter on top of the crab cake to brown. When baking do not use parchment paper. 350 for 12-15 minutes, flip half way. Cooking times may vary based on oven.
