Our cold canapés include: whipped brie with toasted almonds and fruit chutney in a tart shell, island seasoned shrimp on coconut cornbread with cilantro mousse and candied pineapple, roast beef roulade with whipped horseradish mousse on a petit toast square, whipped seafood mousse with black olive garnish on marbled rye, and salami cornets with herb cheese and an artichoke heart wedge.
** It is recommended that all frozen, thaw-and-serve canapes are thawed under refrigeration, as to prohibit bacterial growth. **
Preparation InstructionsRemove canapés from freezer approximately 90 minutes prior to serving. Unwrap and defrost for 30-45 minutes. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
