Crab Cakes (Small Breaded)
Our delicious breaded crab cake is a rich blend of surimi crab meat, peppers and spices hand formed and lightly breaded to create a succulent bite.

Preparation Instructions
From frozen state, pan saute in 1/4" oil in pan, cook over medium heat turning once during cooking. Or bake in a preheated oven at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes until internal temperature of 165 F is reached using a calibrated thermometer. Cook on sheet pan coated with oil or cooking spray. Do not deep fry / do not microwave.
