COOKING Kale & Vegetable Dumplings/POTSTICKERS: PAN FRY OR STEAMING: PAN FRY: HEAT A LARGE FRYING PAN OVERHEAT. ADD OIL TO COAT PAN. ADD FROZEN KALE AND VEGETABLE DUMPLINGS AND COOK FOR 1 MINUTE. REDUCE HEAT, ADD 1/2 CUP OF WATER INTO THE PAN. COVER AND SIMMER UNTIL LIQUID IS ABSORBED. STEAMING: ADD OIL AND LIGHTLY COAT STEAMING RACK. ARRANGE FROZEN DUMPLINGS ON A RACK. PLACE OVER BOILING WATER. COVER AND STEAM 10 TO 12 MINUTES, OR UNTIL HEATED THOROUGHLY. FOR ALL MEAT & SEAFOOD PRODUCTS INTERNAL TEMPERATURE MUST BE 165ºF MEASURED USING A THERMOMETER. DO NOT MICROWAVE.
