Premium Lump Crab Cakes
Each irresistible crab cake is packed with .75 oz of premium lump crab cake. A mouth watering, high density crab cake with virtually 100% premium crab and little to no filler. Crab cake perfection!
Preparation InstructionsFry, sauté or bake. Bake best from frozen, take melted butter, brush directly on the baking tray, then place crab cakes on top of the melted butter. Lightly brush the butter on top of the crab cake to brown. When baking do not use parchment paper, 350-400 degrees for 12-15 minutes, flip half way. Cooking times may vary based on oven. Fry/Saute defrost in the refrigerator 4-6 hours before cooking the crab cakes. Saute on Medium/High heat with oil/butter 2 minutes on each side.
