Preparation Instructions
Bake these vegetable wellingtons at 325 degrees for 15 minutes for Hotel quality oven, then raise to 375 degrees for 5-10 minutes. Standard oven - 375 degrees for 15 minutes, then raise to 400 degrees for 5-10 minutes. Rotate baking tray 180 degrees halfway through baking process. Cooking times may vary based on oven.
