    For best results bake Thai Peanut Chicken Satay Appetizers from frozen on parchment paper. Hotel quality oven - 350 degrees for 7-11 minutes. Electric oven - 400 degrees for 14-18 minutes. Gas oven - 375 degrees for 12-16 minutes. Rotate baking tray 180 degrees halfway through baking process. Cooking times may vary based on oven.

These are great little satays. I like that you can taste the Thai marinade all the way through the chicken so they don't really need a dipping sauce. They cook off fast and hold up well in the chaffing dish so they make the job on event day much easier. Much better then the mass produced machine made satays available elsewhere.

How ever many of these you think will be enough: won't! The flavor is brilliant and they sit very well in a chafing dish.
