Panang Shrimp Spring Roll
A large shrimp marinated in a spicy ground chili paste with hints of red curry, sautéed leeks and coconut cream. The shrimp is then hand rolled into a crispy spring roll with a Chinese parsley leaf peeking through for a dramatic presentation.
Preparation InstructionsFrom frozen deep fry at 400 F for 4-6 minutes or until internal temperature reached 165 F as measured by use of a thermometer. Cooking times may vary based on oven.
